Lucro Finanças
How it works

The month-end, in three steps.

Any good finance and accounting team closes a month the same way. LucroVista runs that process for you.

1

Send it in

Everything enters through one door, and each document finds its own place: a bank statement is recognised by its shape, an invoice by the tax number on it, a receipt by reading it — one read per receipt, costing a fraction of a cent.

  • Photograph a receipt with your phone's camera, right in the browser.
  • Drop bank statements, sales exports from your till, online store or delivery platforms, contracts and payroll summaries.
  • Connect it. Where a system offers an API, LucroVista connects once and keeps pulling new sales and payouts automatically. Live
  • Direct bank feeds Planned
  • Forward invoices to your company's own LucroVista address. Live
  • Connect your mailbox so invoices are found for you. Live

Every item ends in a state you can see: filed, needs one answer, duplicate, unreadable, or someone else's.

2

Let it clear

Overnight, or when you ask, everything new is imported and matched. Rules learned from earlier months post the routine items. Anything that needs your judgement becomes a question with the likely answer ready — answer "always", and it becomes a rule.

When every account ties to its statement and every open item is a named question, the month is clear.

  • A card payment meets its receipt.
  • A delivery-platform payout meets the orders it settles — net of the fee the platform kept.
  • A rent payment meets the lease that predicted it.
  • A receipt paid on your own card becomes money the company owes you, until it's paid back.

The aim: fewer than one item in ten needs you, by your third month.
